Heron Aviation is honoured to announce the expansion of their AOC with the addition of a new Spanish registered Citation Mustang, EC-NGX.
Boasting a centrally located base in Madrid and the unsurpassed economics of the Citation fleet, EC-NGX is poised to offer unmatched charter capacity in the Iberian and Mediterranean region. The aircraft is the second Mustang under the oversight of Heron Aviation España, the group’s Spanish headquarters, and joins the fleet with immediate effect.
Complete with a modern and composed interior, an elegant 4-place cabin greets passengers with contemporary & refreshing finishings along with plentiful natural light and serene noise levels. Add in a range of over 1.800 kilometres and a cruising speed over 600 km/h, and nearly all of Southern Europe is only a short, comfortable ride away. Our friendly, courteous and international crews are standing by to whisk you away for a quick Mediterranean-Weekend or an urgent business meeting.
The aircraft, incorporated onto the AOC in record time under the provisions of Article 83bis ICAO, enumerates the consolidating nature of European skies and serves as a testament to the strong regulatory cooperation between Germany and other European nations.
Heron Aviation, with three successful aircraft incorporated under Article 83bis ICAO, continues to position itself as one of the leading aircraft operators utilising the cooperation scheme. Working closely with regulators on both sides of the table, Heron Aviation exemplifies the depth of skill and innovation taking place at the very cutting edge of the integrated European sky.

As we work closely to develop these agreements, we are really uncovering the unique possibilities of this consolidating regulatory environment, allowing us to bring real advantages to our clients. Heron Aviation is helping to drive the cutting edge of European aviation, and we are excited to bring the benefits of this unique Article 83bis ICAO to participating nations.”
